How does the protection of molded pulp compare to other packaging materials?
From a protective standpoint, molded pulp’s inherent resilience enables it to outperform most vacuum-formed plastic and corrugated designs, as well as expanded polystyrene (EPS), especially when vibration is involved.
What designs are possible with molded pulp?

What are the tooling costs?
Difongreen has no design charges, although there is a “set up and trial sample” fee for all custom items developed and produced. Once your item has been approved, Difongreen does not charge for duplicate production tooling. Tooling has been designed to be easily and inexpensively duplicated, changed, or repaired, saving customers money.
Can we get a sample made and how fast?
Most items can be designed and quoted within one or two weeks. Once the quote has been approved, the sample item can be produced within a few weeks. After final testing and final approval, duplicate production tools require an additional 2-3 weeks. Timing may vary based on the complexity and requirements necessary for a successful package.
How do you ensure quality and service?
Difongreen has a documented quality management system that includes daily detailed production logs that are reviewed after each shift. Any issues are discussed and remedied as quickly as possible. In addition, every piece is individually handled and inspected before being packaged for shipment.
