Production Description

Keep the interior of your packaging sleek and simple with custom wet press molded pulp inserts. These inserts are lightweight and custom formed to your products and packaging for a comfortable fit.

  • Pulping: Raw materials are put into a beater with water and turn into slurry. It is white and
    viscous.
  • Forming: The pulp will be conveyed to the forming machine, and formed into the desired
    shape.
  • Thermoforming: Put them into a high-temperature and high-pressure environment to shape them.
  • Trimming: When the formed dry product is trimmed or stamped by the machine accordingly.
